More Singaporeans employed in 2009

  Manpower Ministry reports total employment up by 38,800 for the whole of 2009 as job gains in the second half of the year more than offset the losses in the first half, with 64.8% of Singaporeans making up the workforce.

  If that is so... then why after 4 months and 20 - 30 job applications, am I still an unemployed Singaporean?

  64.8 percent is poor results. imagine i go home with my maths exam results tell mom 'hey mommy i got 64.8 out of 100 marks for the exam.

  you can take millions in pay package. but make sure you achieve the possible out of impossible. make substances out of thin air. pappy or opposition no excuse.

  Never give a break down on which industry are employable.

  Never give a break down on sporean, PRs or foreigners.

  All lump together.

  cos flooded with too many PRC AND FOREIGNERS!

  ONE EG - PRC SEND THEIR ACCA RESULT THORUGH EMAIL AND MAIL TO ALL EMPLOYERS/CO IN SINGAPORE

  THEY JUST STATE THEIR ACCA RESULT AND NOT ACHIEVEMENT

  THEY DIRECTLY SPOLIT OUR MARKET AND INDIRECTLY MADE HR VERY PISSED OFF - PEOPLE BUSY WITH OTHER STUFFS

  EMPLOYER HAD SO MANY CANDIDATES TO CHOOSE

  PRC/FOREIGNER LOCAL U & POLY - AFTER GRADUATE - ST AWAY GOT JOBS/EMPLOYMENT - AT LEAST BOND 3 YRS = WORK 3 YRS

  DIE DIE THE WORK PERMIT MUST INCREASE
