Responsibilities:
* Data entry and updating of student details
* Monthly checking on class attendance
* Generate and process all invoices
* Assist in compiling summary of all payments and outstanding payments
* Process petty cash payments
* Inventory management and documentation
* Assist in other ad hoc admin as assigned
Requirements:
* O-level and above
* At least 1 year in Admin function is preferred
* Able to commit to shift schedule consisting of weekday evenings and half-day weekends
* Able to commence work within short notice
* Accurate and meticulous in work
* Well-versed in Microsoft Office Applications
* Bilingual and able to converse in fluent Mandarin and English
* Possess initiative, good communication and interpersonal skill
* Possess high level of integrity and commitment
* Able to work independently and in a team
* Willing and able to multi-task
Additional Information:
* Location: Jurong East
* Schedule: 5 days week, with two weekdays off each week unless otherwise notified
* Salary: $1500-$1800 commensurate with experience
* Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent
* Preferably staying in or near Jurong East area
