Voice Over Internet Protocol Accenture
Should have relevant experience of 5 Years.
Strong skills on VOIP, Contact Center, Cisco IPCC etc.
Installation and troubleshooting of IP Phones.
Configuring and Management of Backup and Restore Utility (BARS).
Implementation experience of CISCO IP Telephony would be an added advantage.
Certification on CCVP will be an added advantage.
anything as long as i don't have to travel overseas and indirectly help to contribute to another countries' economy, business or divisions. Not that i am super employee. even if i sucks or what i will never never do that.
