If your company don't pay you cpf, you complain to cpf board and they will help you to sue your employer and make your employer pay you the cpf owing plus interest.
If your company do not pay you salary and you earn above 2.5k, you are not covered under the employment act and MOM won't help you. You have to employ your own lawyer to sue the company.
(It use to be those earning above 1.6k are not covered under the employment act. Now I think they rise it to above 2.5k are not covered under employment act).
