As I am quite new to the employment work force, I would like to find out more about this topic by gathering the experiences of all those who have been through this process.
What does the present employer - recruitment agencies, headhunters, govt entities, or others - usually do to find out the current potential employee's past employments?
Here's what I have thought of:
1. Contact the HR personnels of previous employer
2. Obtain the record from the current potential employee
Is there any other ways besides those mentioned above that they can do?
