Well, I work in a small firm and I and still with the company so my company is still ok.
But I do know a my customer with high turn over rate. It TEC but I do not know how they work.
Anyone can share their experience with other bad employer?

1) no 16 kallang place 5th story ----------- anyhow sack people
2) defu lane 4 ------ own employee salary
3) change south street 1 --------- employee you already than less than 1 mth tell u u are not suitable for this position ask u FUCK off

got one japanese company everyday must wear pants to work. say got customer come see not happy. but i work with so many american companies also got customer visits they don't have this problem! so every at the jap co put on this 'chicken-shit' outfit.
when resign finally can get out of the chicken-shit outfit.
what's more they also forbid mini skirts and low backs for ladies so everyday like 'nunnery' and monastery.

no uniform. the 'uniform' is a metaphor. basically its pants for work no jeans. shit! i want to help auntie clean toilet also got problem working in pants. jeans sure i can lub toilet all the way.i cannot take handphone photos also, company say forbidden to take peekture so no picture to show the chicken shit outfit.
imagine the ladies if cannot wear skirt when they having peiord change sanitary pad difficlt.
i think the jap who set this rule got tight pants vpl fetish.
