  its considered under the singapore discrimination act if the job is based in spore.the entire company will be closed down and a fine of $10,000 imposed for each charge or position advertised....appears to be 4 or 5 charges  in count.roughly fine $50,000 or jail.

  But even if not interested, the ad should just have put the position and pay without refering to any specific nationality.

   

  Then nobody can say anything even if the company hires a non Singaporean.
