Better pay package Lower job appt. Please advise.

  Hi all,

   

  A bit of intro here, I'm 31 and in the IT industry for a few years as Project Lead in a Local MNC.

  Im offered a position with better pay package but of lower job appointment and lower job scope in a foreign MNC.
  
  Do you think it is worth to explore?

  take up the job offer first and then see how. if its no good, can always change jobs.

  Hi Heights,

  Besides the pay package, how do you find the Contract of service and promotion opportunities? If they are reasonable enough, why not go ahead and give it a try?
