Anyone here who is currently working and has to serve 1 month notice to leave the present company and than you are looking for a job now?
Is it easy to find a job? Is it most of the companies are not willing to wait 1 month for you?

last time i apply job , the new company also wait for me by 1 month. unless u ask ur new company to pay the 1 month salary to ur current empolyer
if new co not willing to wait, then you pay the 1 month yourself lor lol

There are many instances of other candiates able to start work immediately and they get selected because the company don't want to wait for you
