  HR ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)

  Responsibilities

  Provide support to Human Resource Department including:

  • Recruitment
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Payroll Administration
  • Perform HR Administration such as processing of staff claims, maintaining & updating of employee leave records etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc project as assigned

  Requirements

  • Diploma holder with relevant experience
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office software application especially in Excel
  • Experience in recruitment and payroll processing will be preferred
  • Resourceful, people-oriented, has initiative and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong communication skills and able to interact at all levels
  • High integrity and confidentiality
  • 5-day work week
  • Able to start work immediately
