Worry about not getting salary

  I have worked in many jobs before and in every job I always get my salary paid on time.

   

  But yet every month I still worry about not getting paid.

   

  I worry like the HR staff will screw up, pay everybody salary but forget to pay me, or worry that HR staff don't like me purposely don't pay me my salary etc etc.

   

  Is this normal?

   

  Got anyone here also always worry about not getting paid?

  If i remember correctly, if the company doesn't pay you the salary within 7 days of the day they promised, you can take it up with union and make trouble with them. At that time they are screwed.

  It is better troublesome than not getting any salary at all.

  I say I worry not getting salary but so far I never get salary late before
