this co is a big MNC. they are fussy. if you have moved for the last 3 years, they want to see proof of your old address and I was like, what the fark, first time heard of this before lol. usually SME dun ask for proof unless its big local companies like DBS, SIA etc. some of the things HR do, you also wont know. I asked one HR before in my last co, she advised me not to lie cos usually the HR will check your background one. she even said, some co hire the candidate despite the embellishment of the resume. but they already dun trust you even though you are on-board.

I also got work in big MNC and even civil service before but they never check my background also.
I knwo because when I was working in the govt I ask HR whether they got check my background.
They say no because my position does not require them to do sucha extenstive check..

Not all departments in civil service is good. Some are even worst than pte companies

I try to ask for transfer. They say other dept don't need staff plus only confirmed staff can transfer.
Staff under contract are still under probation cannot get transfer.
