Salary for diploma holder doing admin job

Can a diploma holder working as a admin executive or admin asst get a starting salary of more than 2k?
I don't think so because admin jobs are not hard to do, even O level graduates also can do admin jobs so I think companies will not be willing to pay more than 2k a month for a diploma holder doing admin job?

Admin asst for a fresh dip grad would be around 1.6... if you N lvl, O lvl or NITEC, obviously will be lesser.. I don't think admin jobs are that easy to do, 'cause some people can't even do some simple research on google/classifieds

Say a diploma holder doing admin job for 10 years and after 10 years of increment his pay is now 2.5k. He now get retrechned
The next admin job that he goes to with his 10 years of admin experience you think its possible to get back between 2k to 2.5k salary
