Which job will you chose

  Say you have 2 job offers.

  The first job has a high salary and high bonus. Benefits are very good. But very stressful got alot of work to do everyday and always have to work until very late. Collegues are no good alot of office politics.

  The second job salary is average. Bonus is very little if not zero. Benefits is very lousy. But workload is slack. Everyday maybe 3pm or 4pm you will finish your work already than you can surf net there. The collegues are very nich too not much office politics too.

  Which job will you chose and why?

  1st job offer = u really want the money, for workaholic, for good office politics player...

  2nd job offer = u treasure work-life balance, personal time, usual office hours...

  I agree with Rednano. It all depends on what you want, what kind of situation you are in. If you need the cash, prospects then of course job 1. However, if you are not attached and no need the cash that badly and can so called 'slack' for a while, then of course job 2. At the end of the day, its really what you need.

  if it was me, id pick the first one haha because i dun mind politics. and theres not one office in singapore that has no "office politics". =)

  if it was me, i would choose no.1... no money more headache.. especially in a world today unless u go changi stand..
