When a new staff goes into the office to work, his direct boss does not talk much to him or give him such work to do and does not teach him too.
The boss gives work to the old birds that is the new staff collegues to work and its the old birds who teach the new staff what to do and the new staff is only helping his collegues in their work and not actually helping his direct boss in his work.
This goes on for 3 months and the boss did not say anything about confirming him as a perm staff after the 3 months probation is over. The boss did not seem to want to confirm him before although he did drop hints to remind the boss such as "I have been here for 3 months already. Time files so fast that the probation period is ending soon liao"
Is this normal for a new staff?
report to HR say u want me or not if not i will still work but look for other job.
the market is like that one very dirty. can even pay you high so that when the time comes your high pay is the reason to retrench u.
better like that one two week notices only need to giv when resign
