How do barbers/hairdressers earn?

Just curious...how do barbers or hairdressers earn? Like you go to a barbershop, can see like 3 or 5 barbers working together..then when they finish one customer, they will like put their takings in one central register...do they like split the takings amongst themselves or paid daily by the "owner"...i keep thinking about it whenever go cut my hair..

I very curious. you is guy or girl. why you go cut hair also think so much
than when you go coffeshop but food and you see 3 or 5 people mending the same store, do you also think how they spilt their earnings

they are paid daily la regardless of how much the takings are...
whereas for hairdressers and such, if they are on a payroll, no customers still have paycheck ah? Not everyday people will visit salons or barbers watÂ
