How does the HR deal with the many applications received? those who do not get shortlisted are deleted and shredded away isnt it?
what criteria do they used to shortlist candidates for interview?
HR desk usually has 3 trays:
Shortlist;
KIV (keep-in-view);
Not accepted (under/ over qualification, unrelated working experience, expected salary cannot match...etc.)
