companies would rather employ young people than older people, like 40s and 50s isnt it.
so when these people are retrenched or sacked or quitted, they have problems looking for their next job isnt it.
what about people in the 30s range, say mid to late 30s? are they being discriminated also?

simple fact, they dont want u. just dont want to hurt yr feeling.. ahaha
I think people in their 30s are at their prime and employment opportunites are aplenty, however if you're 40 and above, to a company, you're kind of a liability, coz all your health problems start to show up.
then how people in their 40s and 50s feed their family or put food and drinks on the table? bloody discrimination based on age sigh
