Should lie detector test be used during job interviews

  Since nowadays there are alot of people lieing during job interviews and we have many stupid interviewers too who could not tell that they are lieing, do you think companies should buy lie detector tests and use it during job interviews to test if the candiate is lieing?

   

  For those small companies that got no money to but lie detector test than I think never mind lor.

   

  But those civil/government companies and big companies that got money do you think they should buy lie detector machine and use it during job interviews?

  Lie detectors are not full proof as well and companies do not have the rights to use it i believe

  These days, there are more advanced techniques that don't require wires to hook up to the interviewee.

  hmm.. imagine.. you went to so many interview before you get a job.. and your lie that you said repeat thousand and one times.. it will become so natural i don't think a detector can detector it was a lie.. cos you yourself already treat that as a fact lor.. Haiz.. that why those holding those buy cert/ degree can smoke through their interviews..

  These are used extensively for interviewing for police or high level management jobs etc.

  Unfortnately, many people in the coporate world are not police trained to watch your expression etc..

  I think new forum members should be required to post a minimum of 600 replies in the particular forum before they can start posting new threads in that particular forum.

  But that would be kinda unfair to those who genuinely want to post threads and get sincere replies.

  Its a matter of human rights which all humans should be granted. Maybe you don't deserve such rights but most others do.

  I think old forum members if they are not happy with the threads can don't bother to reply and create a nuisance of themself.
