  I think the 2nd way of writing 1 company only and say that you work there for 1 year is also not a bad way?

   

  Of course write down the last company that you work in and say you work for 1 year so at least if they ask for payslip you can show them..

  be prepared if one of the interviews you attended do a background check and tell you upfront about it.
