How do you answer the following interview questions posed to you? (Healthcare sector, but with no job experience in healthcare at all though he has 2 years of customer service experience)
Job Position: Business Office Assistant (Customer Service - Billing cum Admin)
- Are you afraid of meeing patients? (No. .........)
- How would you react to customers who are impatient as they had been waiting for their turn for a long time? (I would........)
- Why the interest in healthcare? (Because.......)
- Are you able to handle both frontline, cashiering and backend duties? (Yes. ........)

1) no, what for? scare for what?
2) i would tell them, "luckily, its still not your time yet" while pointing n looking up the sky...
3) because healthcare is a everyday business.

I believe i have the confidence and ability to deal with all sorts of patients from all walks of life as i am patient and a quick thinking problem solver by nature.
- How would you react to customers who are impatient as they had been waiting for their turn for a long time?
Keep them updated on their remaining waiting time, and always be polite and understanding towards them.
- Why the interest in healthcare?
I enjoy working in the healthcare industry as it provides me the opportunity to meet different people and i take pride in helping others.

Multitasking is my strenth, and i enjoy handling a variety of job tasks. In addition i am fast paced and quick thinking
