Responsibilities:
- Order Processing
- Day-to-day financial functions
Handle AP/ AR
- Cash custodian and payments
- Payroll and CPF processing
- Compute monthly sales incentive & commissions
- Prepares monthly financial reports and schedules
- Prepares quarterly GST reporting
- Assist in Finance & Admin duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- 2 years of good working experience
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent would be an added advantage
- Possess good management skill and a good team player
- Computer literate Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Independent with hands-on approach and positive working attitude
* Ability to start work immediately would be an advantage
