Coffee Bean's pay is even better.
Too little for ordinary Singaporeans to make ends meet, hence you see lots of foreign talents flipping burgers.
No matter which job you're in and how much you are getting paid for, it's completely useless if you do not know how to SAVE up your own earnings.
You can get paid by millions and you will only end up spending millions because your spending ratio is proportional to your earning ratio anyway.
People who always complained of not earning/having enough money are usually people who are retarded when comes to saving their own hard-earned money.
It's always your fault and you should take a better look at yourself before you point/push the blame onto others.
The best part is, they employ 14 year olds, no need to give cpf, so much overheads saved!
A husband and wife works in Macs for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, would have a combined income of $1,350 p.m. After CPF their take home pay will be $1,080.
Too bad if you have elderly parents to look after, there are no free lunches in Singapore, so if you can't afford to look after your parents, then ......................
aiya, some people spent lots of money and cant save up but they probably have more of a life than someone who just save money every month.
Some people saved up 20 to 30 years of money, only to let their children splurge on.
part timers and full timers are paid differently.
How much better are full timers paid?
$8 an hour?
Don't think combine income of husband and wife can go over $1,500 p.m.
Nowadays... low income better than no income... haiz...
Mc Donalds have good prospects though. They just won the the Best HR award for some category in managing their people. It depends on you age and qualifications to justify your pay.
I applauded both these fast food restaurants for also their compassion in the society. KFC employed staffs who are handicapped and advanced in years but does not compromise their position to attend to a customers' needs. Do you see BK or Carls Junior doing that?
well ,, i myself am working at kfc ,, i used to get paid $5 an hour . but tht was when
my old mgr was still around .. now my new mgr comes in and only pays us $4 ...
so yea . its quite tought handling customers ,, esp whn they are so choosy and all .
$8 bucks @ long beach
