Policy & Compliance Officer
1.) Create clear and documented policies on the regulations (ISO 9001:2000, QMS & Six Sigma).
2.) Ensure that policies are consistent.
3.) Conduct periodic audits with necessary enforcement in place such as self-lab audit, security assessment/audit, verification audit, spot checks on unauthorized imaging/storage devices, etc.
4.) Ensure effectiveness of the Corrective and Preventive action taken.
5.) Ensure processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
6.) Reporting to top management on QMS performance and need for improvement.
7.) Ensuring the promotion of customer requirements throughout the organization.
8.) Conduct internal audit to determine the QMS conforms to the planned arrangements, to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and is effectively implemented and maintained.
9.) Conduct/Appoint Qualified Internal Auditor to conduct Verification audit to ensure proposed corrective action was made and proven effective after a monitoring period.
10.) Implement Security & Compliance Business Process Management Systems and monitor implementation status.
11.) Daily Security & Compliance process-related approval work.
12.) Daily Security & Compliance check and track defect status.
13.) Perform Business Continuity Plan, periodically update and test.
14.) Conduct periodical report on Security & Compliance.
15.) Participate in Security awareness promotion related activities including security training.
16.) Communicate to customer and third party for Security & Compliance Audit.
17.) Participate in Internal Security & Compliance Audit.
18.) Track Security & Compliance Incident status.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Quality Management
- At least 1 year working experience
- Resourceful, people-oriented, has initiative and ability to multi-task.
- Highly motivated individual and have the ability to work both independently with minimum supervision and as a team player.
- Able to start work immediately
