How does the employment package stated below sounds to you?
Basic - $2.4k /mth
13th month bonus
6 months probation
NO OT
18 Days Annual Leave
21 Days Medical Leave
-- Wonder if after probation of 6mths the salary will increase or not .. any experts out there know abt this?

oh and no money penalty if i would wanna quit at anytime

at a time like this, the package is pretty good, so many graduates no job.
the no OT thing is kinda bullshyt fyi, most of the jobs, quite hard to leave on time, unless u working in like Tuas area whereby got transport and u need to leave with the transport as the company will not be very likely to pay u for taxi.

if bachelor or 3rd class honours considered very good pay liao
if 2nd lower honours still ok
if 2nd upper and 1st class is a bit low
if masters or PhD is very very low

mine is a private degree taken at a recognised private institution
my degree grades are overall distinction

package not too bad, except 6 months probation seems a little long.
whether or not u get a salary adjustment after probation, you'll need to look at your employment contract. If it doesn't state, then no guarantee that there will be.
You can ask if the company has any practices of salary adjustment after probation ..

6 months probation quite normal
My impression is that private degree still not as prestigious as from local unis. And given the current state of economy, it's quite a good deal... except that the annual medical leave might be a bit low... No issues if you don't fall sick often
Go for it and see how. Meanwhile, could try to apply for another company that gives higher salary.
