Responsibilities:
• You will manage the daily workshop and Pre-delivery activities
• Identify areas for improvement and ensuring operational efficiencies and KPIs are achieved
• Work closely with sales consultants, customers and any sub-contractors on technical and documentation aspects
Pre-requisites:
• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 5 years experience in automotive service operations with 2 years in supervisory position
• Possess good communication, interpersonal skills and excellent customer service
