it means reservists under the umbrella of SPF or SCDF.
cos old generation of SAF from what i know after they stand down from their cycle, they are placed into reservist for SCDF as SCDF normally do not have much manpower.

How much is the "attractive pay"?
I remember during the F1 period, the pay was very very attractive...

cool. i'm still wearing spf thingy on me during reservist.glad to know that i'm under the 'PERSONS WHO MAY BE EXEMPTED FROM TRAINING REQUIREMENT FOR SECURITY OFFICER' thingy.
