Hi everyone, I'm from an Australian property management & investment company.
Currently, we've a small-scale relatively easy web design freelance assignment open to anyone who is savvy with web designing and coding. Students with portfolios especially, are welcomed. As this website is going to be a supporting link to our main website, it meant to be designed for kids. The website should be completed in 2 months' time (dated from early Dec to end of Jan) The compensation for this mini project is around SGD400. All details are open to discussions. So if you’re interested, please do not hesitate to drop me a email or PM by this week. I shall post up the interview timeslot. Please choose 2 that you prefer so that I could schedule you just in case of clashes of timing and make the necessary arrangements in time. Thanks! INTERVIEW TIMESLOT (an office in Orchard area) Wednesday 19 Nov 1) 9am - 11am 2) 3pm - 5pm Thursday 20 Nov 3) 9am - 11am 4) 3pm - 5pm Friday 21 Nov 5) 9am - 11am 6) 3pm - 5pm [email protected] (i'll send you an official email to the confirmed candidates for interview.) 400 for an entire website is not even close to the market rate..
Hi, we do not require the website to be very sophisticated,
as it would just be a sub-link to our main website.
Mostly likely, the website would just have a couple of pages,
or perhaps just the Main site will do.
No matter which is it, we're open for discussion.
The IT support in Aust does not go beyond setting up our main website.
So as part of the marketing team, we'll have to get it done.
If any questions/interests, please do drop me a sms.

isnt close to the market rate for just the programming....visuals like pics, animated or otherwise...not even included.
I think it would really help if TS can put down what exactly is needed from the programmer...including the number of pages required.

A standard and very basic page would easily cost 150 bucks; throw in the pictures, animations and scripting.. you're looking at easily 300 bucks a page..
They're looking at 2 months project (too long a time for a free lance job) for 400 bucks.. I easily make 4k in 2 months just working on a few website projs..
Gee.. Open for discussion? Sure, my friend...
