Account Manager - Senior Account Management
Job Description:
- Be a team leader and report to the Regional Director.
- Daily Operations and Database Maintenance.
- Process improvement through solving service issues.
- Attend Account Review Meetings.
- Work through billing and reporting inquiries.
- Responsible for leading/ensuring the team of move consultants to deliver exceptional customer service experience on all commitments.
Requirement:
- preferably with sales/account management and customer services background in the moving industry.
- Poly, Degree qualification.
Work Hours: Mon to Fri - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat - 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Probation would be 6 months, with no Sat off.
Pay range – Negotiable according to working experience.
Move Consultant - Junior Account Management
Job Description:
- Policy counselling to customers.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Coordination of Shipment.
- Manage all technical aspects of an customer movement.
- Understand client’s policy and organise surveys.
- Scheduling move dates and offer guidance on move preparation.
- Develop timeline and coordinate the claims process.
Requirement:
- preferably with sales/account management and customer services background in the moving industry.
- Poly, Degree or A level qualification.
Work Hours: Mon to Fri - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat - 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Probation would be 3 months, with no Sat off.
Pay range – S$2000 to S$2200.
Corporate Services Executive - Junior Business Development
Job Description:
- Highlight Corporate Accounts, introduce the range of relocation services and the corporate services programme to them.
- Develop the existing accounts in accordance with the strategies, targets and policy as set out in the corporate services programme through maintain monthly call and visit targets.
- Advise, involve with all other depts network within the branch to ensure the booking and successful delivery of individual clients’ relocations.
- Liase inbound corporate clients and ensuring high quality services.
- Monitor media sources to identify new/existing corporate opportunities.
- Report on marketing activities, competitor trends and develop sales strategies.
Requirement:
- preferably with sales/account management and customer services background in the moving industry.
- Poly, Degree or A level qualification.
Work Hours: Mon to Fri - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat - 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Probation would be 6 months, with no Sat off.
Pay range - S$ 2,200 to S$ 2,500.
