Companies offering 200-250 for an assignment of 3 hours?!

  Why got so many companies out there claiming to give out $200-300 sgd per assignment of 3 hours to ppl, claiming the use of nanotechnology.

  what I heard is nano technology is too tiny and get into our body easily thru inhaling or into our skin
