  Yes, For All Property Agency... New Agent need to take up the basic course and if you meet certain requirement there will be partial refund...

  First you need lobang for a overseas property for example you know the developer / the owner from the country look for you...
  
  You sometime need to go to the place to look at the property itself and to advertise there to look for buyer or advertise here to look for buyer...
  
  Tell you frankly the most of the property agent here in Singapore do not have the experiences in selling overseas property...
  
  In fact there will not be someone experience to teach you and the rules and regulation for overseas market are different...
  
  Even being a full time agent are not encourage to do so unless you really have the lobang and you are famillar with the country rules and regulation.
