  You can check out my personal-website at http://4again.com. I'm charging at quite a reasonable price as I'm still a junior web developer/designer, graphics designer. I'm more of capable at designing websites that are HTML/CSS based and I've a slight knowledge for PHP. I am also capable of using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe ImageReady, Adobe Dreamweaver(although I know how to use it, but I prefer typing raw HTML on notepad), Corel Draw and many other related programs to assist me in my design work.
  
  I'm also doing graphics designing for those who are looking for designers to design their logo(have experiences), flyers templates(still new), t-shirt designing(have experiences), et cetras. Please contact me and I'd see if I'm capable of doing the design that you need.
  
  I can also help you with setting up your domain name, and getting you a web host, helping you with the installation/set up is free if you purchase a webdesign/graphics design package from me.
  
  Charges:
  
  Simple webdesign
  (normally comes with a banner and 1~2 sidebar(s) with a content box or sometimes with an additional navigation column. See Example.
  
  1~5 pages: $90 (with design)
  Additional of each page: $10
  - Comes with FREE service on helping you setting up your own domain name($22/year) and getting a reliable web host.
  - Willing to help you manage the site up to 7 days.
  
  Advance webdesign
  (normally a design that's more of complicated, like a full page graphic design. Design will be designed according to your request. See Example 1, Example 2, Example 3)
  
  1~5 pages: $150
  Additonal of each page: $20
  Comes with FREE service on helping you setting up your own domain name($22/year) and getting a reliable web host.
  - Willing to help you manage the site up to 14 days.

  *Designs can be edited up to three times till you're satisfied.
  *50% Deposit must be paid in advance.
  *Guarenteed good & prompt service. Will get the design done within 3-7days(depends on complexity) after receiving the deposit.
