  My company is currently looking for Customer Service Professional.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  Customer relationship management through customer inquiries, price quotations and project costing, issue resolution
  Project management through service fulfillment coordination, work scheduling and status monitoring
  Sales support through customer lead identification, cross selling services and customer database management
  
  Requirements
  
  Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  1 – 2 years customer service experience in MNC (sales experience advantageous)
  Knowledge of Oracle CRM advantageous
  Strong sense of responsibility and urgency
  Able to perform under stress
