Job Description
1) Order fulfillment process
You will perform sales order processing for designated product.
- Create sales order
- Arrange and monitor delivery to customer or project team
- Monitor and ensure all outstanding sales order are cleared
2) To backup purchasing function for other Product
- Generate PO & order confirmation
- Expedite order
- Key goods received into SAP system
- Raise short ship claim to principals
- Manage outstanding PO
Verify vendor invoices
3) Project Co-ordination
- To vet new project files for all products before handing over to the Project Supervisors.
- To update ECS/Applix for all new installation of system for Warranty.
4) Process Tender documentation
5) To perform stock count
Key attributes
Min. GCE A / O Level
Competent with MS Applications software & SAP
Well organized & a flair for details
