•Identify the criteria of the right source, develop new customer base, as well as build good rapport with clients and candidates
•Short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to clients’ requirement
Job Requirement
•Min GCE O’Level
•Sales Driven and result orientated
•Able to perform placement activities independently to meet to the individual sales targets
•Effective negotiation skills
•Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Attractive Commission (50%)
•Flexible working days and hours
•Incentive for Good Sales Performance (monthly)
