Description
As part of the implementation and deployment team, you'll be working with the PeopleSoft software and development tools - giving you the opportunity to build specialist skills and expertise on the job. You are responsible for organizing complex activities for the development, implementation and maintenance of PeopleSoft (Financial) projects. You should thrive on technology and management challenges; help turn innovative ideas into effective results.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Formation of implementation team.
• Conducts requirements Workshop.
• Coordinate with customer to document requirements.
• Works with Development Team to design solution to meet customer requirements.
• Works with Design Team to define architecture, hardware and software.
• Oversees development.
• Manages Delivery Schedules and Customer Expectations.
• Represents implementation team in Project Review Meetings
• Works with QA to build and certify Test Plan
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor or above degree, with 5+ years proven experience in relevant fields
• Understanding of functional requirements
• Understanding of technical architecture
• Proficiency in MS Project and Excel
• Experience on technical project management
• Knowledge of software quality process and software development lifecycle
• Preferably have experience on working on medium to large scale PeopleSoft (Financial) projects
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Desired Requirements and Qualifications
• Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial
• Solution design development experience
