Just a question, what happens if a person does not pass the IPPT test, even with retakes (if any)?

Well,you must pass your IPPT before you are able graduate from Training Command, otherwise they will either let you appeal to Commander , Training Command or they will have to terminate you from the Force as IPPT and marksmanship results are essential for a Regular officer's promotion.

Does every officer have to continue to undergo a physical test yearly even after graduating from training?

hi all! i apply for JPO online on 26th Jan, receive an email to go for the selection assessment and panel interview on 20th feb and 14th march recieve email from shenton medical group medical examinination next monday, Kinda anxious abt my chances of getting into the force. anw.. i am a poly student waiting for my results and enlisment.

Hi guys need some help here, I've been contacted by Shenton for my medical checkup which will be held on this coming Friday (6 June).
I will be going overseas on the 2-7 july, thus I'm wondering whether does the results of the medical checkup and my enlistment will it approximately be before or after my overseas trip? I'm afraid my enlistment may clash with my trip, is it 'safe' to travel or not?

@Calvinam, have you submitted your certificates and your documents? I am not sure as my medical check up is six months before my enlistment.

Hello. How did you apply for the position if I may ask?
I applied for the home award polytechnic and I am suppose to go on the 20th but I am currently working. Haiz, why must they call to come down at this time. Right now I am not sure if I am going. I realise it always seems to clash with some important dates.

Hello. :) I applied for it online on SPF website. This is my 3rd time applying though. If you really can't make it, you can request for a re-schedule. :) But if u can, just come. Coz i would have a new fren. :)

I appiled online on 31 May 2014.
On 3 June, I got an SMS saying to come down for Selection Assesment...
13 June was the SA; test, interview, check for physical and tattoo and everything..
Now is like 21 June, its been a Week.. No news yet..
You mean the clinic will call you directly or SPF will notify you ?
Anyone here went for the 13 June SA?

Hi guys im new to this forum and I've submitted my police application for a junior police office and is shortlisted for the selection assesment on 14th july, and may i ask all the seniors who are in the force to share with me what will they usually do in the selection assesment , medical checkup and bond signing etc ? And also is it too early for me to apply because im having my final year paper only in late november and early december , cheers ;D.

My first interview was on march, second was on may, and took 1 month to receive call for medical checkup. And today i just receive call from the recruitment says that i would be probably joining august intake =)
