As per advertised on spf career website, according to deg classification. There will be slight deviation due to the reduced NS period.Training also as per stated. 9 months residential training at HTA.

Did you receive any news on what to bring and where to report after signing the bond ? I was told by Mahani that someone will contact in regards to the details on the reporting time prior to the reporting date. Hope to meet you in HTA .... i am glad to find a buddy ... cheers bro :) Thanks.

Hey all,
I have signed the bond last wed, and received a call from SPF saying that this wed, 22 Jul there will be a 3 days orientation in MHA. The actual training in HTA will commence on the following week, 27 Jul.
I think I am in the same batch with some of the forumers here. However, I have not receive details about the orientation and training yet..

Just finished my interview with the psychologist... now waiting for the Panel interview. kinda of worried cos in the interview, i kinda implied that i have a bad temper, and the psychologist asked me alot of qns w regards to my temper and anger management. praying hard that the panel interview will be successful.

Don't worry about panel interview... there's nothing to be worried about. Just talk truthfully but of course don't say until its beyond cure. Everyone has some weaknesses and it matters most when you acknowledge that and learn how to overcome your weaknesses. And yea... the questions they ask are not tough at all... just like any other interviews that you hv been to... perhaps even easier. Hope that helps.

Guys, i just went for the medical last monday and i have no news so far of them.
Is it confirmed after the medical that i am selected? Is there any1 who went for medical and was not selected? the doctors didnt mention anything about my medical and everything seems ok.

I am also waiting for the appointment letter. Anyway I heard that September intake has started. This mean that I have miss it.
Does anyone know when is the next SPO 'C' course intake?

hello, finally someone in the same sitaution as me... i waited for close to 6weeks already ah. 2 weeks back emailed them say delay due to calculations for my salary cos i'm mid-career switch... now still waiting.yeah sept intake over already. not sure if got one coming soon.

Wah so tall. No prob. Drop by for an interview. We got roadshow near the end of the years. Usually at suntec. Join Us as a career.
SPO carry about 4k-5k depend on your qualification. The better u got. The higher u bring home. -

actually last month i was shortlisted for SPO but wasn’t successful to get into the 2nd round!! was very very upset! maybe could be the reason that i told them that i am still studying and completing this NOV..
i am very keen to join this job!! actually after my A levels, i so very badly wanted to join the force and my height was an obstacle.. BUT whenever i went for the roadshows hosted by SPF, and enquire if height matters for SPO, the officers always reply that i doesn’t matter for SPO, in fact they need more female officers.........
so i hope that my dream comes true! and for sure will go the roadshow at the end of this year, for i would have completed my studies by then!
last year they had one at VIVO city... and the response was overwhelming.. so dont know if i have chance to get selected =(

hi bro i also recieved my call yesterday afternoon...was suppose to be same as u 21oct but i need to give 4 weeks notice to my current employer so have to reschedule.

I was rejected 2 weeks after the psychologist interview. So unlike mentioned, it is possible to fail at this stage.

wow bro.. so means u didn't go to Board Interview?u probably were rejected due to other reasons.... cos the psychologist made it very clear that she couldn't "fail" us during the psychologist interview n that we would surely get a board interview...
so my guess is the problem lies elsewhere... can u think of any reasons?
