  There's a black spot on my tongue.
  
  One of the tongue thingys - those little pieces sticking out like mini-flaps - has turned a dark color... and it hurts like crazy.

  i'm tired... and kinda pissed off coz senior management has done nothing which is pretty critical and is very conscientious at petty and pointless things which will only decrease the morale of the staff
  
  think i'll go home and sleep later and figure out how to put out some recommendations to force their hand...
  
  won't win popularity contests among the head honchos, but... *sigh* it's something i have to do, else i feel i would have failed in my duties
