  first, you eat a couple of bars of chocolate each hour, while having a guinness in alternate hours..
  
  all the while eating pork rinds...
  
  then for meals, have 2 bowls of froot loops soaked in Pepsi....
  
  at night, before going to sleep, 1 bag of potato chips and some salted peanuts...

  then for her, just eat fresh fruit, uncooked veggies like carrot sticks, celery sticks, lettuce... tea is good.. no sugar
  
  loads of water.. but not too much.. about 3 litres a day if not exercising.... (does not include the tea)
