they always ask me to cover for this chap who's got plenty of leave to clear. And when my sup goes on leave (also plenty of leave), the chap will cover for the sup, and i will have to cover for the chap and at the same time do my own share of work. i think this chap will just push tat job onto u, cos he's kinda 'out of touch' for quite sometime liao.. -

And also in this case, the chap isn't out of touch cuz he's been keeping tabs of all the happenings. He just dun want the hassle of teaching someone else.. -
