update:
well, the idiot took a HUGE hammer out from his toolbox and started hammering away at the battery, resulting in loads of sparks flying everywhere.. but somehow, the prime mover started!
immediately i told the driver not to switch off the engine and tow away his damned cargo... if they wanna stall again, stall somewhere else, don't hamper my traffic flow here
btw.. the idiots tried to tow just the prime mover with the cable.. which unsurprisingly snapped.. luckily no one was killed or maimed
