I was in this 5star hotel in Bangkok to conduct some training for the office there, I ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room instead, reason that they have this big/expenisve painting over the bed (a picture of man staring forward over the bed, so whole night feel like its staring down at me, so shift to the living room instead)Originally posted by laoda99:i dunno whether it is in my mind thingy.....but i dun like hotels with dark corridors....can always see someone hanging from the ceiling in my mind.....

Been to so many hotels in my travels. Never been afraid, though I like rooms that are well-lit 'cos I like reading. All lights (except toilet) are off when I sleep, curtains are always close 'cos I don't like waking up to bring light.
...a little vodka helps.... -
