i just bought a samsung e700a, registered the warranty online and discovered that the same phone has actually been serviced before! i bought it from authorized starhub dealer some more...
those of you who have bought samsung phones. try registering ur warranty on the website, you will be able to dig up the history of the phone...
going to try to get it exchanged with the 8-day exchange policy. the starhub customer service guy said to bring down to starhub to change....
so troublesome cuz only can go plaza sing or oub centre....
