they are being beaten at their own game by those moving in.. like Samsung and LG...
they have to push out models before comprehensive testing.. a Dilbert situation... marketing selling products before engineering is through with the testing..
and with LG and Samsung pushing to intro a new model every month (and they can because they have a backlog of models for the next year or two) which are comprehensively tested, Nokia is forced to throw out untested models else they lose market share...
and with Sony-Ericsson regaining ground (and with the might of Sony's engineering prowess behind them), Nokia is in a bad situation as far as the future is concerned..

They probably push the phone models in such pace that the Operating System, functions, etc were not fine-tuned before rolling out the new models and hence the problems.
