  M1 is only for those who subscribe to the INTERNET SMS. M1 customers will be charged 10.4¢ for each message received.
  Therefore = not free..

  yah lor, only singtel is free...
  m1 not free......i like bleeding from my hp bill every month man.....juz paid like 160 for my last bill......
  need to cut down, but dunno how man......
  
  wat plan is good if i sms a lot ha??
  
  i using the ok flex 21 thingy.......900 sms free, or equvalent tok time.....
  
  any suggestions??

  for M1, that is the best already,
  as for Singtel, pod lite lor. 700sms free. but talk time very little only.
