Sony Xperia Z2 - better phone than the Xperia Z1 ?

The Sony Xperia Z2 along with the Tablet and xperia M2 was showcased at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain this year 2014, around February 24th. The Sony Xperia Z2 released 6 months after the popular high end Sony Xperia Z1 smartphone has slightly better specifications. Lets have a look at those tiny improvement in more detail!
Size - The Sony Xperia Z2 has a dimension of about 146.8 x 73.3 x 8.2 mm compared to Z1 which is about 144 x 74 x 8.5 mm! So we can say that the Z2 is slightly longer in length, much smaller in width to cope probably with holding the device in your palms. At about 0.3mm thinner! quite impossible to differentiate if you are feeling it for the first time.
Weight - Xperia Z2 weights about 163g which is about 7 grams lighter than z1 at 170 grams
Memory - Here is probably a big improvement for Z2 and a good reason to purchase the phone. Z2 has a Micro SD slot that can take up to 128GB external storage compared to Z1 at 64GB. In addition Z2 has a internal RAM of about 3GB compared to Z2 at 2GB. 1 GB extra RAM is a huge difference in terms of performance if you are frequently switching between applications and doing multitasking make it feels swift and quicker to load processes.
Camera - Unfortunately both Z1 and Z2 have the same specifications so you would be disappointed if you were looking for camera improvements
Video capabilities. Z2 has about 2160 pixels at 30 frames per second compared to the Z1 at 1080pixels at 30 frames per second. Meaning it will let you record without much lag in the pixel frames at a much higher resolution. The Xperia Z2 records 4K video thats 4 times the details of a normal Full HD 1080pixel footage
Battery - Z2 has a slightly stronger battery than Z1 at 3200 mAH compared to 3000mAH. What this results in is extra 2 hrs of talk time on 2G networks or 5hrs extra talktime on 3G cellular networks and extra 10 hrs of music play time on the mobile.
Digital Noise cancellation - Xperia Z2 comes with earphone headsets that are designed to cancels out noise. The headsets are quite high end stuff, so this is also an improvement compared to the Xperia Z1.
Price - The Z2 is much more expensive than Z1 however with all the high end specifications and improvements to this phone it is easily comparable to the iphone 5s series models.

Sony Xperia Z2 comparison to the top smartphones in the market is slightly below in range of the Samsung LG G2 (on of the top smartphones of 2014 not far off from its bigger Sony Xperia Z ultra. Xperia Z2 is a much better performance to other phones such as Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One, and Sony Xperia Z which are also high end phones quite impressive for Xperia Z2.

A new mid range Smartphone is launched by Sony called Xperia M2 at MWC 2014 in Barcelona. It is full with features specs and the spec list is very huge include 3D and motion gaming, TrackID music recognition, 3D surround sound and xLoud Experience. The look of this smart phone is quite similar to the Xperia Z2. This Smartphone appears which is characteristically sonny: smooth back surfaces and beautiful.
