exceeding Singtel data limit

  Singtel charged customer S$10 for every extra of 1 GB used. But I was charged S$20 for exceeding by 1.252 GB. I was wondering why it is not prorated.

  Of course its logical. They charge by 1gb blocks. You signed the line, you agreed to the contract.
