Note 2 or S4 better? Buy from starhub or online better?

  Questions as above.. Note 2 using my plan is 290..S4 is 350. (around there) from starhub. Which better? and not sure if they are LTE or not..should I go for LTE? I'm using 3g plan now. And online is like from craigslist..or marketplace on here. Trustworthy? I saw a seller (dealer in century sq) claiming his brand new note 2 selling at $250. So my questions to make it simple: 1) Note 2 or S$? 2) LTE or normal? 3) from starhub or online? If online pls recommend. 4) what size 8/16/32gb etc? Currently using S1 - yea I know, sibei old, think is 4 yo liao. Have 32gb microSD to complement so i guess storage not so impt.

  do not be fooled note 2 cannot be only $250.  I also saw.     Saw the same at it show before.   This is not Samsung it is a brand from China or Taiwan.   

  note 2 looks cool but heavy.    True, note 3 is coming.

  The online website has offered made in china phone that look exactly like the real samsung Note 2 phone at the price of less than S$300 free shipping, together with the engraving of the Samsung logo 

  The replacement battery of Samsung Note 2 costs less than US$5 free shipping ie S$6 to S$7 only

  Whether you buy a note2 or S4 from starhub, it will only be a 16gb model, no need to choose.

  I dunno how starhub plans work, but on singtel, 4g is a value added thing.

  Note 3 when is coming? I not up to date..actually is happy to continue with my s1 but cos it's breaking down le...I'm e type recontract always take e $0 phone de... now smartphone all at least 200++.. but since I gonna be paying for phone I wanna a Samsung galaxy s or note. Not ace.. But which best value for money e s4 note 2 or 3? 3 have to wait how long? now china come up w fake Samsung...silly q but will starhub pass off a China fake Samsung to me as e real Samsung. @ditzy: singtel free upgrade from 3g to 4g?

  The best value is the most expensive one, paid up with lowest upfront cost.

  Even if samsung made their phones in china, they won't tell you its made in china, it would just say "Made by Samsung". Right?

  My gawd next yeat...dono my phone can survive so long...now pick up or make calls I got to yell so loud and repeat and phone keep hanging. In this situation what would u suggest as best move? Ya la, in life esp telco nth free one la..but u said value add ma, to me it means free.

  Ditzy why s4? Not say wanna argue, since I duno how to see specs.. but was keen in note 2 cos of screen size (Cos mum's note v cool) and a friend rec to get note. But in terms if new features it's more value for money? Cos I'll b paying like 80 or so more if I opt foe s4. Features applicable? I mostly use for surfing net and whatsapp. Games hardly. I dl short videos to watch too on yt I thinking of go buy during lunch..been a week and still can't decide what to get
