  How old do i need to register a prepaid number uh ? For Singtel and Starhub.

   

  And can people use hotspot on this prepaid ( with data ) ?

  Identification for purchasing a hi!Card

  To purchase and register a SingTel hi!Card, please bring along the necessary identity document:

  • For Singaporeans: NRIC
  • For Permanent Residents: blue identity card
  • For National Servicemen: SAF11B, SPF11B or SCDF11B
  • For Work Permit and S-Pass holders: Work Permit Identification Card
